This document sets out the full rules governing the use of the we1wjn platform by all registered members in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Important Note: By registering for or using any we1wjn service, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the we1wjn platform. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as a member and we1wjn as the platform operator.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") governs the relationship between you ("Member" or "User") and we1wjn ("Platform", "We") governing the use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered under the we1wjn brand.
By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms:
These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and policy Responsible Gaming us, all of which together form the complete agreement between you and we1wjn. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise specifically stated.
The we1wjn platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. we1wjn reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or terminate any account suspected of being held by an underage individual.
We1wjn's services are offered to users accessing the platform from Malaysia. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our services complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your location.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at we1wjn. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same phone number, a different email address, or the same device — is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances or winnings.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering at we1wjn. This includes your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Any false or misleading information provided during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
we1wjn reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time. To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a bank statement, or other supporting documents. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified period may be restricted from making withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your we1wjn account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and any communications sent using your login credentials. we1wjn will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.
You are required to keep your account password confidential and must not share it with anyone, including family members or friends. If you suspect your password has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised party, you should change it immediately and notify the we1wjn support team.
Accounts that show no activity (login, deposit, or betting) for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as an inactive account. we1wjn reserves the right to impose a monthly maintenance fee of RM 10 on inactive account balances after that period. If the account balance has been depleted, the account may be closed automatically without further notice.
We1wjn accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available in Malaysia:
We1wjn reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any payment method at any time without prior notice. All transactions must be conducted in the currency Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

We1wjn strives to process all valid withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Estimated processing times are as follows:
Processing times may be longer if additional KYC verification is required, if a withdrawal request requires a security review, or during periods of high demand.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. If you deposited via Touch 'n Go, the withdrawal will be returned to that same Touch 'n Go account. This is a standard security procedure to prevent money laundering. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances.
Important Reminder: Funds in your we1wjn account must be your own legally obtained money. we1wjn reserves the right to freeze or cancel withdrawals if there is reasonable cause to suspect that the funds are proceeds of illegal activity or money laundering. Full cooperation with our security investigations is required in such cases.
All bonuses and promotions offered by we1wjn are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. These terms include, but are not limited to, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, eligible and ineligible games, and bonus expiry periods.
The we1wjn welcome bonus is limited to one (1) claim only per member, per household, per device, or per IP address. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple registrations is a breach of these Terms and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the accounts involved.
Unless stated otherwise, all cash bonuses at we1wjn are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus winnings can be converted to real withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements mean you must wager the bonus amount (or the combined deposit and bonus amount) a specified number of times.
For example: If you receive a bonus of RM 100 with a 20× wagering requirement, you must wager a total of RM 2,000 before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
We1wjn actively monitors bonus usage to detect and prevent abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, systematic low-risk betting (such as consistently betting on the Banker in Baccarat to meet wagering requirements with minimal losses), using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, and colluding with other members to gain undue bonus benefits. we1wjn reserves the right to void bonuses, reject withdrawals, or close any account found to be involved in bonus abuse.
All sports bets placed on we1wjn are subject to acceptance by the system. Odds displayed are current at the time of display and may change before the bet is confirmed. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet slip with a reference number. No bet is considered valid until confirmation of the slip has been received.
Settlement of all sports bets is based on official results announced by the relevant sporting authority. For Malaysian Super League and EPL football bets, the recognised result is that at the end of 90 minutes of regular time only (including stoppage time added by the referee), unless the bet type explicitly states otherwise, such as "Including Extra Time" bets.
Live betting is available for selected matches. During live betting, odds can change rapidly and we1wjn reserves the right to suspend bet acceptance at any time during a match. Bets accepted prior to any suspension remain valid and will be settled in accordance with the standard Terms.
A bet may be voided and fully refunded under the following circumstances: the match is postponed and not resumed within 12 hours of the scheduled time; the match is cancelled entirely; there is a clear technical error in the odds setting; or an unforeseen situation arises that makes fair settlement of the bet impossible.
All software-based casino games on we1wjn use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that has been independently certified by recognised third-party audit bodies. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is displayed in the game information and reflects the long-term theoretical value set by the game provider. Live Casino tables use physical cards, real dice, and actual roulette wheels, all streamed live with no software manipulation.
All casino game results are final once a round is completed. In the event of a technical disruption during a live casino game, the round will be settled based on video footage from the dealer studio. If the footage is insufficient to determine a fair result, the bet will be voided and the full amount returned to the member.
Minimum and maximum bet limits for each table and game are clearly displayed before you enter the game. we1wjn reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time. Changes to limits do not affect bets that were already accepted prior to the change taking effect.
Progressive jackpot winnings are only valid if the bet that triggers the jackpot meets the minimum requirements stated for each jackpot slot. Jackpot winnings are subject to technical verification and a security review before payment is processed. we1wjn reserves the right to void any jackpot winnings obtained through illegitimate means or as a result of a technical error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the we1wjn platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:
We1wjn reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities, including financial disclosures to the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) or the Royal Malaysia Police where necessary.
You may request the closure of your we1wjn account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email at support@we1wjn.best. Prior to closure, any eligible remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal via your usual payment method. Note: Balances derived from bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
We1wjn reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
We1wjn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, data corruption, or service disruptions beyond our control.
Betting and casino games carry real financial risk. we1wjn makes no guarantees regarding financial returns or game outcomes. You use this platform entirely at your own risk, with a full understanding that losses are a genuine possibility in all forms of betting.
Under no circumstances shall we1wjn's maximum liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform exceed the net deposit amount you made in the thirty (30) days preceding that claim.
We1wjn collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with Privacy Policy us, which forms part of these Terms. By using the we1wjn platform, you agree to the data processing practices set out in that Privacy Policy.
All your personal data and financial information is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. we1wjn will not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. we1wjn may share your data with third parties only under the circumstances set out in the Privacy Policy, such as to process payments through authorised payment processors or to comply with legal requirements.

Your continued use of the we1wjn platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
